Class tuition ranges from $3,500–$6,500 per class. Students may enroll in multiple classes at one time.
Students may register using one of the following options:
• Pay in full via Stripe using credit or debit card
• Finance through Klarna via Stripe
• Internal CWC payment plan (monthly or bi-weekly installments). For internal CWC payment plans, the full balance must be paid no later than seven (7) days prior to the first day of class. There is no penalty for late or missed installment payments provided the balance is fully satisfied by the 7-day deadline.
If a balance remains past the 7-day payment deadline, CWC reserves the right to:
• Deny admittance to the class
• Release the student’s seat to another attendee
• Retain all payments already made
Failure to satisfy the balance by the payment deadline will result in forfeiture of the student’s seat and all payments made.
Due to the limited seating and advance planning required for CWC education events, all class registrations are non-refundable.
Once a seat has been reserved, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
However, students may request a transfer of their tuition to another CWC class or date.
If a student wishes to attend a different class session after registering, they may request to transfer their registration.
• Transfers must be requested prior to pre-work being released (typically 30 days before class).
• Tuition paid may be applied to another class within 12 months of the original registration date.
• If the new class carries a higher tuition, the student will be responsible for the difference.
Once pre-work has been released, the class roster is considered finalized and transfers are no longer permitted.
Students may privately transfer their seat to another stylist if they are unable to attend.
To complete a transfer:
• CWC must be notified of the new attendee’s name prior to the class.
• Any remaining balance must be paid by the new attendee.
• All transfers must occur before pre-work begins (typically 30 days before class).
After pre-work has been released, seat transfers will not be permitted.
If a registered student does not attend the class for any reason, the registration will be considered forfeited.
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for no-shows.
In the unlikely event that Confidence with Crowns must cancel or reschedule a class, students will be offered the option to:
• Transfer their registration to a future class date
• Receive a full refund of tuition paid
CWC is not responsible for travel expenses, lodging, or other costs incurred by students.
All educational materials, demonstrations, and systems taught during CWC classes are proprietary intellectual property.
Students may not:
• Record or photograph instructional content without permission
• Reproduce or distribute course materials
• Teach or replicate CWC curriculum for commercial education purposes
Unauthorized distribution of educational materials may result in legal action.
Confidence with Crowns is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and confidential learning environment.
Students agree to:
• Respect the privacy and dignity of all models and attendees
• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during class
• Refrain from disruptive or unprofessional behavior
CWC reserves the right to remove any student from the class for misconduct or disruptive behavior.
Students removed for misconduct will not receive a refund or credit.
Participation in a CWC class does not guarantee certification, mastery, or proficiency in the techniques taught.
Skill development is dependent on each student’s continued practice, experience, and professional application of the methods taught.
By completing registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Registration.
